My stay at The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo was overall enjoyable, marked by its serene location and spacious rooms. However, there were a few drawbacks like the underwhelming dining options and language barriers with the staff. Despite this, the beautiful Japanese garden and convenient access to transportation made my visit worthwhile.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view towards Tokyo Tower, which added to my experience. However, they seemed a bit dated compared to other hotels in the Autograph Collection.
Service
7.0
While I found the staff to be professional and generally friendly, there were times the language barrier proved challenging. I had to insist a bit to get an upgrade I was entitled to as a Bonvoy ambassador.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was perfect for accessing Shinagawa Station, making it convenient to travel around Tokyo and even to nearby attractions. The surrounding gardens provided a peaceful escape from the city's hustle.
Dining
6.0
I was disappointed with the dining options, particularly in the executive lounge where the breakfast selection was quite limited and some dishes were cold. Room service didn't offer Japanese cuisine, which I really missed during my stay.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities, including the gym and sauna, were well maintained. However, I was unhappy to discover unexpected fees for the pool access, which seemed misleading.

My stay at The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo was quite enjoyable, thanks to the spacious room and excellent service. I appreciated the proximity to Shinagawa station, although the hotel is tucked away from the busier tourist spots. While some aspects of the hotel, like the decor and dining options, seemed a bit dated, I found the overall experience relaxing and convenient.

Facilities like the gym and spa were fantastic, with options for relaxation after long days of exploring. The whirlpool and saunas were a particular highlight.

During my stay at The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, I found the hotel to be a clean and quiet retreat from the bustling city. The spacious room was comfortable, though the décor felt a bit dated. While I appreciated the excellent gym and saunas, the dining options were somewhat limited, and there was ongoing construction nearby which can be distracting.

Rooms
9.0
My room was large by Japanese standards and equipped with luxury products, including a Nespresso machine. It provided a pleasant view of the cherry blossoms, enhancing my overall experience.
Service

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, addressing all my requests promptly. They even offered me a welcome bottle of sparkling wine, which was a nice touch.
Location

The location near Shinagawa Station was perfect for transportation, making it easy to travel around Tokyo. However, the immediate surroundings felt a bit quiet, lacking attractions.
Dining

The dining options were limited, primarily offered at the executive lounge. The food selection was decent but felt overpriced for what was offered.
Facilities

Facilities like the gym and the sauna were great. The hotel did provide umbrellas during the rainy days, which was very thoughtful.

My stay at The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo was fantastic, with a amazing garden and spacious room offering a stunning view of Tokyo Tower. I enjoyed a serene atmosphere, and the location was perfect for accessing Shinagawa station. However, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety, especially considering the price.

The hotel's location was very convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from Shinagawa station, linking me to everything in Tokyo. Yet, it felt nicely tucked away in a peaceful area, perfect for winding down after a long day exploring the city.

My stay at The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo was truly good. The location was serene and conveniently just a short walk from Shinagawa Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. I loved the beautiful garden, which provided a tranquil escape. However, the restaurant prices were a bit on the high side, which was worth considering when planning meals.

Rooms

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, which makes traveling around Tokyo and to the airports a breeze. The peaceful gardens surrounding the hotel added a nice touch of nature in the heart of the city.
Dining

The breakfast offerings were extensive and quite delicious, though I found the price a bit steep. It would be wise to explore dining options outside the hotel for more budget-friendly meals.
Facilities

I enjoyed the amenities, including access to a sauna and fitness center. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during my visit, which was a bit disappointing given the warm weather.
